Quality:
We, at Southgate Steeplejacks, have seen that since steeples are difficult to inspect, sloppy work is often found. Our quality standards remain high whether the work can be inspected or not. We can photo document work we do if you wish. Certain projects can be economically performed in our shop during the winter months.

Qualifications:
In addition to restoring many steeples in New England, we have had thirteen restoration contracts at the Vermont State House, most recently to the top of the dome.

Conduct:
All workers are gentlemen and conduct themselves as such. The job site is kept safe, clean and secure.

Consultations:
We can examine and assess the condition of your steeple, and provide specifications for future repair and maintenance.

Roofing:
We offer all types of metal roofing, including; standing seam, block soldered copper or lead coated copper and slate.

Exterior Repair:
A fully equipped wood-shop allows us to easily duplicate wood components as needed.

Painting:
Total removal of old paint (using our own process), a thorough cleaning and the use of oil based primer with a penetrant additive make all the difference. We use top quality alkyd products. We also use lead safe practices!

Structural:
We can identify and repair any and all structural problems.
